Booking Policy

This policy applies to Milan photoshoot bookings requested through meocy.com/milan-photoshoot.
Booking deposit.
Milan Mini: no deposit; the full €99 is payable on the photoshoot day. Milan Memory, Experience and Signature: a €50 deposit is required to reserve your photography date. All prices are in euro (EUR).
Cancellation and refund.
For Milan Memory, Experience and Signature: if you cancel at least 3 days (72 hours) before your shoot, the €50 deposit is refunded in full.
For Milan Memory, Experience and Signature: if you cancel less than 3 days before your shoot, the deposit is not refunded, but you may request a date change instead, subject to availability.
Date changes.
Date changes can be requested subject to availability.
Date changes must be requested in advance.
Booking requests and confirmation.
Sending the booking form creates a booking request. MEOCY confirms bookings manually.
No payment is required when submitting your booking request. MEOCY will review your requested date and time and contact you to confirm availability and provide the next steps.
A pending request is not confirmed until MEOCY confirms it by email or WhatsApp.
Your booking is confirmed manually by MEOCY after checking availability (and, for Milan Memory, Experience and Signature, after the deposit is received).
Availability.
Availability is controlled by MEOCY. Choosing a date and time in the booking form does not reserve it.
Packages and locations.
Milan Mini — €99, 1 location included. Milan Memory — €200, 2 locations included. Milan Experience — €300, 3 locations included. Milan Signature — €600, 4 locations included.
Additional locations can be added for €50 each where applicable.
Photo delivery.
Your edited photographs are delivered as high-resolution digital images within 7 to 10 working days.
