Your date is not reserved until MEOCY confirms your booking by email or WhatsApp. Once you agree the final date and time with MEOCY, the €50 deposit holds that date, and the remaining amount is paid separately.
Yes, if you cancel at least 3 days (72 hours) before your shoot: the €50 deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel less than 3 days before, it is not refunded, but you may request a date change instead, subject to availability.
